Featured Story
Antiquing in Minocqua, Wisconsin.
A great town for Antiquing

If you’re looking for something unique – a gift, décor for your home or office, or just a souvenir by which to remember your trip to the north woods – antique shops are the way to go. Wandering through aisles of yesterday’s treasures as you search for the perfect item can be a great way to spend an afternoon, and you never know when you might find something completely unexpected.

Minocqua is home to a few different antiques dealers where you’ll find small-town charm and friendly service from people who know the area inside and out. If you like antiques, be sure to stop by Gaslight Square, Gaslight Antiques & Collectibles and the Ages Past Antique Mall.

Gaslight Square is a 1920s-style mall with brick street and gas street lights. There are three floors of shops and antiques to peruse at your leisure.

Gaslight Antiques & Collectibles offers over 100 antique and collectible dealers. There are more than 150,000 items which change daily. Gaslight Antiques is open seven days a week all year long, and features large furniture, vintage jewelry, clothing, sports memorabilia and much more. Gaslight Antiques & Collectibles is located at 415 Oneida Street in Minocqua, on the upper level of the Gaslight Square Building.

Ages Past Antique Mall offers quality antique furniture, advertising, lures, glassware, coins, collectible items from the 60s and more. Ages Past also offers a flea market every Friday and Saturday, Memorial Day through Labor Day weekend. It’s located at 8714 Hwy 47 East in Minocqua.

Visitors are always amazed at both the quality and quantity of antiques available in Minocqua’s antique malls. Don’t be surprised if you find yourself spending all day immersed in trinkets and treasures from days past when you shop for antiques in Minocqua.
